Ground Lease Model 1 - Delivered

We are pleased to announce the recent delivery of the Ground Lease Model 1 (GLM1) sites in Brighton, Prahran, and Flemington. These sites will provide over 1,000 new homes, including more than 350 market-rate units and 100 affordable units managed by HHR.
