46 Oakbank Terrace Murwillumbah Sold Through BuyAssist

We are proud to share that Horizon Housing Realty recently sold 46 Oakbank Terrace Murwillumbah, made possible with the BuyAssist Program.

BuyAssist helps eligible buyers enter the property market by providing 20% equity support, allowing them to purchase a home with no deposit. 

Buyers take out a mortgage for the remaining 80% , but are 100% on the property title. There’s no interest charged on the equity support, and repayment is only required when the buyer sells or refinances.
