  • Salary Packaging – as all HHR staff are employed through our parent company CHL, they are eligible to access salary packaging (that’s up to an extra $15,900 per annum tax free) and Meal-Entertainment benefits (up to another $2,300 untaxed)
  • Salary Continuance - We provide salary continuance insurance (income protection) to permanent employees who meet the eligibility criteria and have fulfilled their probation period.
  • Career Development - At HHR, our staff undergo a comprehensive induction program that includes significant role-specific training. Our commitment to Learning and Development is reinforced by our dedicated L&D Specialist within the HR team.
  • Health & Wellbeing - staff are encouraged to prioritise their own health and wellbeing (above and beyond safety minimums required in legislation). We have an active and varied H&W program encouraging participation in things like: eating well, good mental health, and exercising (including walking meetings!); and, we provide access to an EAP program for all staff. All staff have access to sign up to Fitness Passport which provides access to various gyms and facilities across Australia.
