Property Me

Horizon Housing Realty utilises Australia’s largest cloud-based property management software - Property Me - to assist in the day-to-day management of your property. This software enables us to provide improved property management processes making admin, compliance and communication easier and also offers an investor and tenant portal.

This investor portal will provide you with 24/7 access to your property information, including current financial status, photographs, details of the property and tenancy, historical statements, bills, maintenance jobs and inspections.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for rental arrears, which is clearly communicated to tenants and outlined in their lease agreements. To facilitate payments, we offer tenants multiple options, including direct debit, bank transfer, and EFTPOS.

Maintenance

We can manage all property-related expenses, such as rates, water, and body corporate fees, at no additional cost, as long as sufficient funds are available and the accounts are provided to us in a timely manner.
