I am forever grateful to Horizon Housing for their assistance helping me to secure accommodation. I was a victim of the Biggera Waters fire on Easter Saturday, 11 April 2020 and deemed homeless. I lost all my personal belongings and all home contents, with no insurance to fall back on.
The leasing team were virtual angels who guided me through the process of application, procuring all of the necessary documents which I had lost in the fire. My unit is of a high standard and very well maintained by the property manager.
